I attended one of Cori's barre classes with my wife two weeks ago, and I can see why my wife loves Cori's classes and this studio so much. I am a lifelong hockey player and athlete, and I find Cori's workout to be challenging but not intimidating. Cori helps me to safely get the most out of my barre workout by making sure I perform each move with proper form. Cori is very welcoming, as are the other students in the class. I enjoyed my first ever barre class so much, I decided to add barre at the Pilates Point Studio into my weekly workout routine.

Krista is an absolute delight to work with and I couldn’t recommend her studio highly enough. I came to Krista as she was local to my place of work but I was also recovering from having disc fusion surgery in my neck. She worked wonders with me! She was patient; took the time to work with the quirks of my body - multiple lower back surgeries which triggers leg cramping at the most inopportune moments! But what Krista did the most was tailor her training and skills to get the best out of me. She was innovative and supportive and helped me push myself through my recovery. She helped me slowly get stronger and helped me realize I could find my strength even at times when I felt my most weakest. I’ll never be a natural athlete or gymnast but Krista found a way to help me embrace my strengths and really enabled me to enjoy using Pilates to recover my fitness. Plus the studio is a delightful place to work out at - calming, engaging but great for enabling you to push yourself even when you don’t believe that you can do it. Try! You won’t regret doing so.

I used to exercise because I felt like I needed to. Now I workout and go to classes because I love to!! Thank you to Krista and all the amazing instructors at the Pilates Point Studio!!! I have never felt better!!!

Krista is such a good instructor, both showing how to do exercises and making sure you're maintaining proper form. They're challenging workouts and I feel great afterwards! I've only just started taking classes but I'm hooked and can't wait to try even more with some of the other instructors!

Dashe is a great instructor. She is upbeat, positive and motivating. She helps everyone with reminders on proper form and modifications if needed. Her exercises focus on longevity. Her classes are tough but rewarding and energizing.

My husband and I (age 67) have looked for something to augment our exercise to address the core muscles and overall strength and balance. We have found it with the duet equipment sessions. Sarah keeps up moving and improving. We have significant improvement in our posture, balance and strength. The best is when people we know comment on the improvement in our appearance. We have found our forever exercise home.

I enjoy Dana’s Express Sculpt and Stretch class. It is a very calming, gentle and challengworkout for the whole body. Her voice is very soothing, making the class atmosphere very relaxing. It’s a class that starts the weekend off with a great energy and puts you in a pleasant mood when you leave the studio.

Dana was amazing. After leaving [Sovereignty Slow Flow Yoga] I went home and told my boyfriend that her style was just perfect. She lives yoga as well as practices it with us all. She has a calming way about her and pays attention to each person in class understanding their level of experience. She made a mention that she traveled different places to continue her learning to always help more. You will enjoy her energy and workout.
