Cancellations

Autopay Clients: 30-day cancellation notice required

Class Cancellations: Must cancel at least 4 hours in advance. If a client cancels within the 4-hour window, they’ll be charged a $10 fee

Unlimited monthly members will be those charged $10 for late cancellations. Students who are using class passes (5,10,15 class pass) will lose the class, but not get charged $10. 

Cancellations must be made in written form, like text or email.
