Barre Fusion is a full body workout that focuses on the small movements that provide big results when it comes to toning those trouble areas - glutes, thighs, and hips. The class will start and finish with breathing, stretching, and core work on the Pilates Mat. The larger part of the class will be taught at the barre, where you will learn how to improve your posture and work from your core.
Grip socks are recommended.

Pilates Mat: The Classical mat order exercises founded by Joseph Pilates will be taught and practiced. These moves strengthen your core, improve back pain, prevent future injury, increase your flexibility, and promote wellness. A Pilates Mat is provided for you to use during this class. This class is taught with no music so you can follow the rhythm of your breath and your instructor’s voice.
Take your traditional mat exercises to the next level with the Pilates Sticks. This body sculpting system, which incorporates leg springs and a Tower bar, adds intensity to your Pilates practice. Try it in a group class setting at the barre or in an equipment lesson.
Barefoot or grip socks are recommended for Pilates classes.
Join us for an hour of non-stop, high energy Zumba® cardio dance! Burn calories while dancing away your worries. Although the energy is high, this class is suitable for all levels, and modification is easy.
This class combines Zumba® with lightweight dumbbells for a full body cardio toning session. In our Zumba + Toning class we do 25 min of cardio dance/Zumba, 20 min of Zumba Toning done with 2-3 lb dumbbells, 10 min of floor work working our abs & glutes, and finishing with a seated stretch.
Bringing clean indoor sneakers is recommended for this class.
This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
This class transforms drumming into an incredibly fun and effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.
Class can be done barefoot, in grip socks, or in clean indoor sneakers.
This class combines breath (pranayama) and poses (asanas.) Our gentle yoga classes are sequenced through slow deliberate movements to increase strength, flexibility, improve breathing and quieting the mind. Expect slow flow-like classes with sun salutations, core work and Savasana. All level welcome.
Express Cardio Dance is 45 minutes of movement based on different styles of dance. Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, and more find a home in this sweaty, non-stop class. Suitable for all levels; modifications welcomed and encouraged when necessary.

Music drives the Inside Flow Yoga classes and frames the whole sequence. During the Inside Flow class, you gently move from one posture to another carried by the music, bringing you into a trance-like, almost meditative state. Movement and breath are ONE. You can't synchronize them because they come already together. You can only enhance your breath.
When we practice, the key idea is the actual movement BETWEEN the postures, not the posture itself. The important thing is how you get to the posture. In Inside Flow, you are singing a song with your body.
Inside Flow has different sequences with slow, fast, upbeat, relaxing songs starting from Hip Hop to pop music. Each class leads up to a specific song you flow with at the end. It's wonderfully amusing and heartwarming.
A modern twist on aerobics in a non-stop, action-packed mix of cardio, toning, and push tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. This no-equipment format uses simple, set choreography and will become your favorite cardio party. HIGH is easy-to-follow and a total blast! Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go high or you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH.

Candlelight Yoga uses the soft glow of candlelight to create a peaceful atmosphere for movement, breath work and relaxation. Designed for all experience and skill levels, Strength & Tone is a total-body workout that builds strength and muscular endurance. Incorporating dumbbells and resistance bands, this class moves through major muscle groups using targeted, effective movements.
For half of the class, we will tone our muscles with a low-impact tone section set to upbeat High Fitness tracks. With varied formats and exercises, no two classes are ever the same but the results and benefits never change!
Start your day with a compassionate invitation to move. Class will begin with Gentle Yoga to lubricate the joints and wake up the muscles followed by the profound quiet practice of Yin Yoga to target the body’s connective tissue and calm the nervous system.
Restorative yoga is a slow, grounded class for any level yogi. The first half of class will consist of a slow paced flow to loosen up any tightness and tension. The second half of class will consist of restorative postures with use of props. This class is designed to fully relax the body and allow the mind to fall into meditative state. It will be a small, intimate class filled with gentle yoga ~ aromatherapy ~ relaxation with gentle assists.
