Barre Fusion is a full body workout that focuses on the small movements that provide big results when it comes to toning those trouble areas - glutes, thighs, and hips. The class will start and finish with breathing, stretching, and core work on the Pilates Mat. The larger part of the class will be taught at the barre, where you will learn how to improve your posture and work from your core.
Grip socks are recommended.

Pilates Mat: The Classical mat order exercises founded by Joseph Pilates will be taught and practiced. These moves strengthen your core, improve back pain, prevent future injury, increase your flexibility, and promote wellness. A Pilates Mat is provided for you to use during this class. This class is taught with no music so you can follow the rhythm of your breath and your instructor’s voice.
Take your traditional mat exercises to the next level with the Pilates Sticks. This body sculpting system, which incorporates leg springs and a Tower bar, adds intensity to your Pilates practice. Try it in a group class setting at the barre or in an equipment lesson.
Barefoot or grip socks are recommended for Pilates classes.
Join us for an hour of non-stop, high energy Zumba® cardio dance! Burn calories while dancing away your worries. Although the energy is high, this class is suitable for all levels, and modification is easy.
This class combines Zumba® with lightweight dumbbells for a full body cardio toning session. In our Zumba + Toning class we do 25 min of cardio dance/Zumba, 20 min of Zumba Toning done with 2-3 lb dumbbells, 10 min of floor work working our abs & glutes, and finishing with a seated stretch.
Bringing clean indoor sneakers is recommended for this class.

Cardio kickboxing not only delivers an exceptional aerobic workout but also enhances muscle tone in your arms, legs, and core. Additionally, it enhances coordination, balance, and overall fitness. If you're seeking a challenging and gratifying workout, cardio kickboxing is definitely worth a try!
Yoga Sculpt is a challenging Vinyasa based class that features high repetitions with light dumbbells while moving to the beat of highly motivating techno tracts as well as remixed classics. Cardio bursts are added to capitalize on HIIT training principles to help build endurance and shred fat. Yoga Sculpt is also a great way to experience yoga as a fast-paced, exciting, and challenging total body workout.
Sovereignty Flow allows participants to connect back to the roots of their soul and the roots of yoga. This class is based on the traditional teachings of yoga and will incorporate breath work, guided affirmations, organic movement, meditation and more. The primary focus will be on healing energetic components of self by moving through the practice in a gently guided way. Through this sacred practice, participants will gain the ability to let go and flow with an open mind, heart and soul. All levels welcomed.
Class is often followed up with a complimentary Sovereignty Circle, which will further healing on a physical, spiritual, and social-emotional level. This class will dive deep into mindful awareness by allowing participants to openly express their current thoughts and feelings through a guided group discussion. Gentle stretching and long holds will be utilized during the time spent together and throughout the guided discussion. This space will be a safe haven for all to connect deeper with themselves and achieve unity with others.
Music drives the Inside Flow Yoga classes and frames the whole sequence. During the Inside Flow class, you gently move from one posture to another carried by the music, bringing you into a trance-like, almost meditative state. Movement and breath are ONE. You can't synchronize them because they come already together. You can only enhance your breath.
When we practice, the key idea is the actual movement BETWEEN the postures, not the posture itself. The important thing is how you get to the posture. In Inside Flow, you are singing a song with your body.
Some people relax with punk rock and some with classical music. Your choice of music defines you and your practice. Inside Flow has different sequences with slow, fast, upbeat, relaxing songs starting from Hip Hop to pop music. Each class leads up to a specific song you flow together with at the end. It's wonderfully amusing and heartwarming.

What better way to welcome the morning then with a Vinyasa Flow. Class begins with gentle breathing and movement, building to an invigorating flow. Class will end with a peaceful meditation so that you feel more centered to begin the day. What to expect: 15 minutes of gentle movement and breathwork to calmly wake the body; 30 minutes of mindful Vinyasa flow leading to a weekly peak pose; and 10 minutes of guided rest. This class is intentionally designed to awaken the body and mind. Leave feeling refreshed. Hope to see you on the mat! All levels welcome.
This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
This class combines breath (pranayama) and poses (asanas.) Our gentle yoga classes are sequenced through slow deliberate movements to increase strength, flexibility, improve breathing and quieting the mind. Expect slow flow-like classes with sun salutations, core work and Savasana. All level welcome.
Our slow flow yoga classes are designed for all levels and abilities and will incorporate breath work, organic movement, meditation and more. Class begins with a slow flow appropriate for all levels. We'll move with the breath into poses that'll help stretch and release those sticky, tight areas. The last half of class will be yin or restorative poses meant to be held for longer periods of time while using lots of props to help really settle and relax the body and mind.
Restorative yoga is a slow, grounded class for any level yogi. The first half of class will consist of a slow paced flow to loosen up any tightness and tension. The second half of class will consist of restorative postures with use of props. This class is designed to fully relax the body and allow the mind to fall into meditative state. It will be a small, intimate class filled with gentle yoga ~ aromatherapy ~ relaxation with gentle assists.
BUTI yoga is a unique practice, known for it´s cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, and conditioning. Created by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold, it's designed to offer a calorie-scorching, body-sculpting, and dynamic yoga practice.
BUTI + Chill takes BUTI Yoga and mixes it with chill slow flow yoga. The BUTI portion will be the peak of class, for approximately 30 minutes. We will also have a 15 minute slow flow warm-up and cool down to allow our energetic bodies to fully embody the magic of BUTI.
Yoga Nidra, also known as 'yogic sleep', is a simplified form of an ancient tantric relaxation ritual. This practice combines guided mental imagery with the yoga posture Shavasana (or “corpse pose”). Bolsters, blankets and other props are encouraged to help ease the body and mind into the guided meditation and imagery. For some this practice is a simple & nice way to end off the day, for others this practice may bring about a meditative effect.
Often offered after our restorative yoga workshops.
Piloxing blends Pilates, boxing and dance. It's a high-energy interval workout that involves cardio barre, boxing combinations, and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements. In classes you have the option to wear weighted gloves to add extra resistance, or add 1-2 lb weights when prompted. Class ends with floor work targeting the glutes and abdominals.

Rhythm Fit is a partner-free dance fitness workout. Suitable for all fitness levels; from the absolute beginner to the experienced dancer. This class will take you through a diverse mix of famous ballroom dances, with light toning and cardio bursts, all set to your favorite music, everything from pop and rock to hip-hop and country. Whether you want to tone your body, maintain a healthy lifestyle, learn to dance, or just have a great time, Rhythm Fit, offers something for everyone.

A total body workout that focuses on strength & core exercises. This low impact class utilizes a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands and your own body weight to sculpt & define arms, back, legs, abdominals & glutes.

Yoga Tone is a Yinyasa practice designed to help build strength and endurance. Light weights and resistance bands may be used. Yinyasa is hybrid of yang (active yoga) with yin (passive yoga). We will combine gentle yoga to build strength, warmth and flow with fundamental yoga postures while relieving stress and tension by connecting breath with mindful movements.
