Pilates Mat: The Classical mat order exercises founded by Joseph Pilates will be taught and practiced. These moves strengthen your core, improve back pain, prevent future injury, increase your flexibility, and promote wellness. A Pilates Mat is provided for you to use during this class. This class is taught with no music so you can follow the rhythm of your breath and your instructor’s voice.
Take your traditional mat exercises to the next level with the all new Pilates Sticks. This body sculpting system, which incorporates leg springs and a Tower bar, adds intensity to your Pilates practice.
This Pilates Mat class will tone, shape, strengthen and lengthen your entire body utilizing stability balls, light hand weights, resistance bands, and fitness circle. Pilates with Props will follow the classical Pilates Mat order, and incorporate both beginning level modifications and advanced variations to ensure all participants get the best workout possible.
We offer many different yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga Tone, Buti Yoga, SPA Yoga, and more. Our classes are for all levels -beginners to more experienced, and there are modifications or advancements available for any pose. Classes offer a variety of poses to build strength and flexibility in a friendly, supportive environment. You don't need to be able to touch your toes, just be willing to try!
Our instructors are trained in VBarre, founded by Veronica Combs. VBarre is a workout designed to tone, trim, and transform the body with a fusion of ballet, Pilates, and resistance training. By blending dynamic movement with calorie-blasting cardio, Vbarre targets those trouble zones such as the hips, thighs, glutes, and core; delivering one powerful workout with amazing results.
Barre Fusion is a full body workout that focuses on the small movements that provide big results when it comes to toning those trouble areas - glutes, thighs, and hips. The class will start and finish with breathing, stretching, and core work on the Pilates Mat. The larger part of the class will be taught at the barre, where you will learn how to improve your posture and work from your core.
A total body workout that features 20 minutes of high/low cardio, 20 minutes strength training, 15 minutes of core and stretching. All fitness levels welcome, modifications are provided and recommended based on personal abilities for new and existing students. Please bring athletic shoes for this class.
Cardio Fusion combines the benefits of both Cardio Sculpt and Pilates Mat into one class. Props will be used in both portions of the class to help target and strengthen different area of the body. Modifications will be provided as needed. This class is great for individuals of all levels of fitness. Please bring athletic shoes for the cardio part of class.
Circuit Training will cycle through several exercises at a fast pace with minimal rest in between. Be ready to work different muscle groups and the results will build endurance and muscle strength. Please bring athletic shoes for this class.
